Submit your logo and any design requirements. Our creative team will present initial concepts, walk you through revisions, and present a final proof for approval. This is a free service that we extend to all Skillzys® partners, clients, and prospects.

Once you approve, we produce. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from final artwork approval. 2–3 business day rush production is available if needed.

Budget is dye-sublimation on poly: full-color, 2-sided, unlimited colors, ideal when artwork includes photos, gradients, or sponsor logos. Mid is screen print on the same poly strap: crisp, 1-color base with added colors at $0.10/ea, great for bold logos at a value price. Premium is screen print on a heavier, premium-feel nylon strap, the medal-tier keepsake. Every tier accepts the same sizes, Eagle Beak finishes, and rivet upgrade. The configurator above prices any combination instantly.
Every StrapTag™ finishes at 6.125″ (159mm) long, folded and stitched. You choose the width: 1″ (25mm), 1.25″ (32mm), or 1.5″ (38mm). Width is the main visual lever: 1″ reads as a streamlined participant tag, while 1.5″ is a premium statement piece. The poly tiers (Budget and Mid) also offer a longer 1″ × 8″ option. Custom strap lengths or non-standard widths can be built to spec on larger orders, just ask in your quote.
Eagle Beak is a premium spring-loaded closure that replaces the stock silver cable ring. It opens with a thumb-press and clicks shut. Available in 4mm (standard) or 2mm (slim) diameter across three price levels: Black (the standard color), the four medal-grade colors Chrome, Brushed Silver, Bronze, and Gold, and Custom Pantone matched to virtually any color - all available at any order quantity. The four medal-grade colors sit at the same price level, so you can mix finishes for podium recognition without rebalancing your budget. Per-piece pricing drops as volume rises.
100 pieces. Volume price breaks land at 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000. Above 5,000 we’ll quote individually, and the per-piece price keeps dropping. You can mix tiers, widths, and finishes within a single order; additional designs are $25 each.
Plan for about 15 business days total from approval to delivery. Production runs 5–7 business days after final artwork approval, plus transit time. Design concepts are typically ready within 3 business days of receiving your logo, so the clock starts there. Tight in-hands date? Mention your event date in your quote and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Yes. A common pattern is a high-volume polyester participant tag plus a smaller nylon run for top-3 podium recognition. Both ship together. Order setup is one $50 fee per order; each additional design adds $25.
Both straps and prints are built for active event wear - gym bags, equipment loops, lanyards, podium displays. They survive sweat, weather, and the kind of treatment a youth-sports gym bag gets in a tournament weekend. Athletes regularly keep them visible on bags for years - we hear about it often.
Always. Once your artwork is on file, reorders skip the design phase - just confirm quantity and ship-to. Many of our tournament clients reorder every season with the same look. If you want to refresh year-over-year (new year graphic, new sponsor), it’s a quick edit, not a new setup.
