Submit your logo and any design requirements. Our creative team will present initial concepts, walk you through revisions, and present a final proof for approval. This is a free service that we extend to all Skillzys® partners, clients, and prospects.

Sit Back & Relax

Once you approve, we produce. Standard turnaround is 12–15 business days from proof approval. (Rush production isn’t available on metal credentials, need it sooner? Ask about Quick Metal Tags.)

What size are Metal Event Credentials? ⌄
2.75″ × 4.5″the standard credential footprint that fits every standard lanyard, badge clip, and credential holder on the market. Within that footprint you get free custom shape (rounded corners, top-tab, bottom-flag, custom die outlines all included).
What stainless finishes are available? ⌄
Eight: Natural, Brushed, Mirror, Textured, Black, Gunmetal, Textured Black, and Mirror Black. All on the same premium .8mm stainless steel base. Black finishes are powder-coated and laser etching reveals the steel underneath for a striking two-tone effect.
Can I personalize each credential (variable data)? ⌄
Yes, variable data is included. Each credential can carry the attendee’s name, title, role, athlete number, or any field you can supply in a CSV. Common uses: VIP names, athlete IDs, sponsor tier markings, role-coded gate access. We’ll proof a sample before printing the run.
Can I add NFC or RFID for tap-access? ⌄
Yes, embedded NFC chips turn each credential into a tap-to-enter, tap-to-RSVP, tap-to-launch-content tool. Attendees tap their phone, no app required. You can update the destination URL or content at any time, even after the credentials are in pockets. Read more about TapTags™.
Are lanyards included? ⌄
A lanyard slot or hole punch is included in the credential price, the lanyard itself is sold separately so you can pick the style and color that match your event. Most clients bundle the credential with a custom lanyard above, see lanyard options.
What's the minimum order? ⌄
25 credentials. Production becomes economical at 100+ ($4.95 each). For smaller VIP-only runs (under 25), fill out a custom quote and we’ll work with you on a small-batch path.
How long does production take? ⌄
Standard: approximately 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush: available on select quantities, reach out for availability and pricing. Digital proofs go out within 1–3 business days of your order. Plan your event timeline backward from the gate date and add a few days of breathing room for final approval.
What artwork do you need from me? ⌄
Vector artwork gives the cleanest etch and screen print. Preferred formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps. CMYK at 300 DPI, fonts outlined. Don’t have a vector? Send what you have, our design team will refine it for clean credential production at no extra charge.
