Design & Proof

Submit your logo and any design requirements. Our creative team will present initial concepts, walk you through revisions, and present a final proof for approval. This is a free service that we extend to all Skillzys® partners, clients, and prospects.

Sit Back & Relax

Once you approve, we produce. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from final artwork approval. 2–3 business day rush production is available if needed.

Take Delivery

Ships via UPS or FedEx Ground, using your shipping account or ours. Expedited shipping available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you really produce? ⌄
Standard: 5 business days from artwork approval. 48-hour rush: production in 2 business days. 24-hour rush: production in 1 business day. Digital proofs go out within one business day of your order. Important, rush covers production time only. Shipping is separate: add 1–3 days for ground, or upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout if your event is tight.
What metals can I choose? ⌄
Three: Stainless Steel, Black, and Brass. These are the metals we keep stocked specifically for 5-day production. If you need a different metal, copper, rose gold, gunmetal, aluminum, carbon fiber, that’s our Custom Metal Tags path (~3 weeks).
Can I get a custom shape? ⌄
Not on Quick Metal, Quick is locked to one ready-to-cut shape: 1.96″ × 3.46″ portrait with a top-center slot. That’s how we hit 5 days. If you want a custom die (state outline, shield, mascot, your logo’s contour), use Custom Metal Tagsthere’s no die fee, you just need the longer timeline.
What can I print on each metal? ⌄
Stainless: spot colors OR laser etching (not both on the same tag). Black: silver laser etching only, the etch reveals the steel underneath. Brass: spot colors OR laser etching (not both). All three support front + back customization.
What’s the minimum order? ⌄
25 tags. Below that, the per-tag math gets unfriendly fast. If you need fewer than 25, fill out a custom quote and we’ll see what we can do.
What’s included in the price? ⌄
Per-tag pricing includes: the chosen metal in standard .5mm thickness, your design (spot color OR laser etch), front + back customization, top-center slot for lanyards, and an individual protective sleeve for every tag. Add-ons: 48-hour or 24-hour rush production, expedited shipping, NFC chip upgrade.
Can I add NFC to a Quick Metal Tag? ⌄
Yes, NFC chips can be embedded in stainless Quick Metal Tags as an upgrade. Attendees tap their phone on the tag to launch a URL, vCard, or any destination you choose. NFC adds a small per-tag cost and may add a day or two to production depending on chip availability.
What artwork do you need from me? ⌄
Vector artwork etches cleanest. Preferred formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps. Build in CMYK at 300 DPI with fonts outlined. Don’t have a vector? Send what you have, our design team will refine it for clean Quick Metal production at no extra charge.
